I wondered why my brother in law went back to Oz on Saturday

Well, it was beautiful sunrise this morning,

 

 

 

But unfortunately there were none of these to be found today.

Went up the coast a bit to the Aussie breakfast this morning, in a park on the clifftop

 

Bacon,sausage and egg on bread with a coffee for $3

 

Sat chatting to people i know and didn't know, a very enjoyable start to the day.

Yeah, given the choice I would have been fishing for them at Ceduna but unforunately it is three days drive from here. I have never seen so many crabs as there were there when I called in a few years ago. They weren't as big as those from the Swan River, but they were all a good size and were damned good eating. I was driving an English comedian - Spike Breakwell - across Oz at the time. He had never eaten the blue manna before but he very soon acquired a healthy appetite for them, and we were eating them all the way from Ceduna to Adelaide!
