Can't Post on Forum

Since rebuilding my laptop I can't post anything on this forum. I can't get the caret to appear in the main text entry field, although it will appear in the Topic title and Topic Description fields. So far I have only found the problem on this site. On my desktop everything works fine.

Any ideas?

try clicking the remove cookies dooda somewhere on here sometimes they get corrupted ,its delete cookies set by this board 3/4 of the way down on the main forum page'

or do you mean you cant actually write in a "reply" box or indeed your own post ,if so join the club its been mentioned to the "boss" but it only seems to infect a few posters on firefox 3 xx and above.

i get round it when replying.... to post what i'm replying to then editing my post! its fine then . when i start a post i post an icon then edit the post carefully using the "edit" button to click either method that appears ,just clicking "edit " doesnt work it opens but you still cannot type .

its a mixture of the site and firefox as you say i hant encountered it anywhere else either ,or were being monitored by the thought police ,sometimes a post take minutes to appear ;)

i bugger off and look on other sites on a fresh firefox whilst i wait :D

i really think its a mod stopping me posting without the effort of barring me from posting ,i expect in a short while my get around will disap.......

There's a problem with this version of the forum and certain versions of Firefox, it would seem.

 

I am currently getting quotes to have the forum software upgraded and the look of it changed (this is a very old version). Once it's upgraded, it should be fine.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..
