bag reconmendations

i need a small bag with a shoulder strap .

nothing huge i have plenty of those ,ideally it would be small .semi rigid (oeer mrs) and definitely cheap.

 

i need it as a roving bag ,it needs to be just big enough for half a dozen plugs a few spinners ,pliers you know the sort of thing you can use walking along the prom spinning etc but sensible so your spinners arnt sitting waiting to spike you when you bend over or put your hand in.

 

i will have a look in my cabbela catalogue to get upset we dont have them the yanks have lure bags down to a tee

 

 

hmmm i take that back 2005 wasnt a year for tackle bags in the catalogue i can see 3

yes i spotted that but i also spotted this at a very good price ,strange why the price can be over twice this in some places ,perhaps its why some sellers go out of business selling everything at RRP sorry RSP>It also pees me off sellers dont put bloody dimensions in their adverts ,i bought a mustad rucksack from Ebay i could park my fooking car in it it was so big

the shimano bag looks ok but i will need to get the total price under £20 inc postage perhaps theres alternate non angling versions?

 

hmmm camera case (zoom) with 8 plastic tubes in it becomes a lure case

Nowt wrong with a gas mask bag. Tubed or crated and still nuff room for some traces and odds and sods in old baccy tins. My dad used to have one, getting my own soon for pike roving. Hate big cumbersome bags and seatboxes with a passion.

The Aldi shoulder bag at £8.99 it's gotta be cheap enought even for Chesters tightly clenched ass.

I got one the other week and it really is superb . I can't reccommend one enough !

Has a hard base, so handy for setting down in damp places.

I'm sure you could get an off cut of pipeing you could stuff it with.

 

Has dozen's of the elasticated pocket thing's for pliers etc.

 

If you find one, unzip it, the strap is loose inside

Oh note the double zip's at the top, Handy compartment for smaller lures like Toby's, dexters etc.

The lower zip gives access to the bag.

i went for this in the end ,a little big but plenty of pockets .

when i have a moment i will fit some tubes but it can take small lure boxes for the moment.

Not a 100% perfect design as the "lid" needs to be wider to stop rain entering from the ends but for the price certainly good enough

i already have two of those under the stanley badge and the top compartment is great for your rig walletts ,one with an added cover (to hide the outside pockets from the weather)is used for my heavy duty beachcasting gear the other for our camping oven

the hard base stops your weights prongs poking you in the legs as you stagger to the beach
