Why is he going to get a fine.

Hi Sid

The problem Pat faces is action in a long running dispute with the Southern Sea Fishery and their twelve meter bylaw. The Law Lords have decided that Pat has a case to answer and that will be heard in early February 2011

The very best wishes to Pat Carlin, he doesn't deserve what he is going through. Just my opinion BTW

Free to choose apart from the ones where the trust poked their nose in. Common eel. tope. Bass and sea bream. All restricted.

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

Just one of the many problems RSA faces Barry mate and much worse on the horizon which is why I believe we need to be organised and ready, from April 2011 our sport could change forever.

Hiya,

Out of curiosity just how do you plan to represent the whole of the UK when you are based in the very South of the UK ??

Hi there Davy good question and the simple answer is that as the idea is internet based then the location of the head quarters so to speak is irrelevant.

The technology of the internet provides a superb means of communication backed up with the good old telephone then with face to face meetings being and end result being necessary to get the message to the relevant bodies.

I note you are from Scotland and thus have no set up like that of the IFCAs so representation for Scotland at a local level will be a problem, that will need to be addressed and to that end I ‘am open to suggestions which is the case with regard the organisation as a whole.

Hi Bob

Just checked all the House of Lords judgements for 2010 and can't find a reference to this matter, do you have a link to the ruling, given the important precedent that it may set?

So, apart from rebuliding Hadrian's Wall, what else would you suggest for us simple Scots?

Good morning Davey

Don’t tell me you miss me so much you have found the need to come over here for a chat lol

First up I have not replied to you ref your apology to me on WSF thus far as my access has been restricted while my official complaint is investigated.

With regard Pat Carling I can tell you that he had his case reviewed in October, sorry I have no link as my info comes direct from his legal team and it was deemed that he has a case to answer and as stated that is due to go to court in February. As I’m involved in this case it would be inappropriate to comment further at this time, I’m sure you will understand.

With regard the second point re Scotland, again as stated I’m all ears and regret the Hadrian wall remark will do little to assist Scottish RSA. One would have thought you might have been able to offer something constructive, indeed I believe you are just the chap who could quite likely help.
