If it is day ticket waters, then I s'pose the king will always be moorlands.

Although the willows near york gets a good revue and is popular.

If it is carp banging you are after, try one of the weldrake side waters . .

Westerly, Pool Bridge or Raker (but this get's packed). There is also another lake just off the a19 turn from the A1, it says coars fishing. There are two lakes, an old establised one - with bream in to 8lb, I have had a 7 out of it, and a new carp mecca lake, but noone fishes it.

If it is longer term waters, under a year book I would look at Brighouse angling club, they have a carp puddle and a bigger speccy lake . .

where are you ??

most run to around 5 quid a day with the usual restrictions.

hey waddaya know I can spell tomato !

I'm a big fan of Hayfield. Fleets is stuffed with carp as well. I don't think boilies are allowed though.

I expect to pass through this world but once; any good thing therefore that I can do, or any kindness I can show to any fellow - creature, let me do it now, let me not defer or neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again.
