i'm sure the people from diy sos wont have the faintest idea who john wilson is.

i think complaints like this would be best sent to the bbc duty log, rather than the specific program, the programs producers would probably just ignore it, but the duty log calls and emails get taken more seriously.

i'm just looking for the numbers and email addresses now but i cant find them, i'll keep looking, they're on the website somewhere

Just out of interest, I think the Gaffer of that gang (Nick Knowles) goes fishing on a regular basis, as he has made several references over the life of the programme about fish and fishing.

Awaar claims that the handling of the perch 'was barbaric', ummm, was that wise? If that was barbaric then what is livebaiting? What is hooking the fish in the first place? What is a deeply hooked fish, something that happens to all of us sooner or later? Seems like a rearrangement of 'shooting, self, foot, the, one's and in' are called for!

 

I'm not critiscising Awaar's intention, just his use of the term 'barbaric' in that context.
