Dave, do you know what the native resolution of your new monitor is ?

 

In a word, No :)

 

The pics are fine now, AND the screen doesn't play silly beggars like the old one.

So post up the make and model and I'll check it out for you. It may look a lot better now, but that does not mean that it couldn't be better still.

 

If your graphics card is set to the native resolution of the monitor your display will be what we call "pixel perfect".

Flatron W1946

 

When I installed, a menu come up with W1946A W1946S and a few others

 

There is nothing on the monitor nor the literature to suggest which W1946 my screen is.
