what is a decent feeder rod in the 50 quid price range?

An excellent rod in that price range is the Shakespeare Odessa 12ft "Medium" feeder. I think Fisherman's Friend are doing it for about £55 and there's none better at this price. It comes with 4 tips - 2 glass, 2 stiffer carbon ones and is a very versatile rod. For this sort of money it's a snip!

amd so is the Zebco/rhino df feeder range, i have the medium, ive been using it for 20 months now and i cant fault it.

 

i also use the john wilson avon system, i like that too, as you get basically 8 rods in one, ive only been using that one for a short while but again its a great rod.

diawa porky pig always a good bet if they are over £50 get a second hand one
