Waterstories Channel4

Hiya all

 

Was tuning in to tv this lunchtime and came across a programme on channel 4 called "Waterstories" it's basically short 5 minute stories about people whose lives have been either changed or influenced by the inland waterways systems, ie canals, rivers, lakes, etc.

 

Todays tale was entitled ""Anglers tale" and was about the female anglers point of view on angling and featured a lady called Virginia Rushmer, and how she became involved in angling.

 

Although only five minutes long it was a joy to watch and embodied just about everything that made me take up angling.
