****ing bastard foreigners coming over here and taking over all the shitty jobs that no one wants to do, staffing those handy late night stores and supply/service industries and working hard on building sites. Not to mention pinching fish!!!

Newt is right. The guy was charged money for not having a second license and then the court costs. If the guy actually showed up he may have been able to plead his case and maybe get a lowered fine. I don't know how the legal system works in the UK but here that fine could have possibly been reduced. So yeah the guy got what he deserved.

 

There are the same problems here that you guys have. Theives, and drug dealers usually get a slap on the wrist only because the jails are already too full. Maybe if the punishments were more severe ie Code of Hammurabi, mabey this might make a criminal think alittle before commiting a crime.
