From what i hear from you lot this game sounds great but i have never played it. All the fishing games i have played were quite lame and sega marine fishing was my favourite as it had quite a few species on it. From the images i have seen fish sim2 and 1 have bad graphics. Your angler, net and rod look like 'bmp.' images (kinda thing you draw in paint). Is it really that good? It looks to me like you dont really get to see the fish. Just a photo after you have caught it. If you disagre could you send me a demo of either to prove me wrong?

Ok its not state of the art but it is based on UK fishing and is a sim and not a arcade game.

I am actually fishing a match as i type this out and if i get a bite it will flash on the taskbar to alert me.

I never have the angler showing, just the rod.

The fish does splash as it fights but you dont see what you have till its in the net then it shows you a pic.

Ive played em all and this is the most enjoyable.

I will send you the demo if you like.

What venues do you fish for real?
