Outlook Express problem

HI All,

I have a problem in outlook express that I hope you can help with, when I click read mail the outlook express box opens up and then that is it nothing else - just stays there I have to do CTR / ALT / DEL to close the box, driving me mad as I have loads of mail to check and update, it is outlook xpress 6 so any help please ...

Yes, get rid go back to the previous version.

yes i had same prob went back to 5.5 ok again

I think first I'd try a repair. Quick enough and harmless - probably helpful

 

When you go to control panel~add/remove and select to remove, you should be presented with 3 options and one of them is "repair". Run that and see if it improves things.
