If he is guilty and it is not an error or, as MP's like to put it, an oversight he deserves some Jail time.

He claims it is a misunderstanding. It could well be true and I will tell you why.

 

In 1996 I had my ID stolen and someone created another me. At this time I was fully employed, before becoming disabled, paid my rent, my Taxes etc etc.

Between the mid 1990's to as late as 2004 ID theft was a big issue for many people and it was so easy to do.

 

This other person, who was never caught, acquired loans, credit agreements, claimed benefits that he/she was not entitled to for a period of 4 years and then simply disappeared. The benefit tally was something close to £12,400 and the loans or credit agreements totaled, as far as I know, some £36,000. Could be even higher but they are the ones I know about.

 

From 1999, when my full disability benefits began, I had different benefits agencies chasing me for repayment, although I was never arrested, and even today companies contact me about outstanding debts run up by the person who assumed my identity.

My innocence was proven to the Benefits Agency who left me in peace but credit collection agencies still hassle me even to this day.

It is to be observed that 'angling' is the name given to fishing by people who can't fish.

If GOD had NOT meant us to go fishing, WHY did he give us arms then??

(If you can't help out someone in need then don't bother my old Dad always said! My grandma put it a LITTLE more, well different! It's like peeing yourself in a black pair of pants she said! It gives you a LOVELY warm feeling but no-one really notices!))
