Yes, I've a small pond [due to be expanded soon] with goldfish, sarsa comets and shibunken plus a coldwater tank that's about to be stocked with british natives [probably rudd, gudgeon, roach and ruffe]. Mine also get leftover casters and maggots but also "proper" fish food. Once the pond's expanded then I plan to add tench, a couple of koi and a couple of ghosties.

As above Yes and Yes. In fact my wife was the prime mover in making yet another garden pond. Not that I'm not keen, it's just that it's more work for me when I should be out fishing. Trouble is whereas I wanted to put in "proper" fish like carp and tench, she wants shubunkins comets and blue orf (did I spell that right?).

Guess who won.... Still, it's a few more brownie points.

Might even get out fishing one day

Used to keep tropicals but it was hard to find a place in the house for a larger tank. I now have seven healthy koi swimming around in 2000 gallons of the back garden. All 19 year old.
