What I in fact asserted was that if you know the meat is ok or fresh enough then its fine to eat and that you need to know what your doing to ensure that.

If your not sure then don't eat it.

What your asserting is the assumption that we just eat anything out there supposedly without skill or thought.....if that's the case I suggest you assert a vastly different assumption!

With greatest respect you are being a ****. If the animal is dead, if it's heart has stopped beating when you come across it is by definition unbled and ungralloched. Now if you want to chopo that up and eat it, that's fine by me. You can have my share too.
