Angling Times

Let me first say that the following comment isnt aimed at AT specificly.

I noticed many years ago that articles in magazines would often reflect the conversations over heard/taken part in on the bank/in the pub the previous week end.One well known water authority worker and angling writer would actually start a subject up and pump everyone for their views and reproduce it that month. But I suppose you can say thats just journalism ie reporting whats going on and peoples views.

The growth in the popularity of the internet angling forums has now ment that some writers dont even have to visit the waterside or local venues pub!

Is this right or wrong? I dont know really, just strikes me that some of it is a bit to close to plagarism for my liking.

And thats my "non indicative opinion"!

No definately not! Love him or hate him Nev is always origonal! If you had ever met him you would know he wouldnt give you a chance to tell him your views! :D Even if he gave up fishing tommorow he would have enough experiences to write about for a few more years yet.

When I said about if it was right or not I meant is it right to do it not am I right in saying this the case here .

And thats my "non indicative opinion"!
