Does the sale of the water include the fish?

During my time on a committee I prevented the club getting duped by taking on the water after inquiring as to who owned the fish - it can get messy.

Would the local council allow the venue to be used as a business - club/syndicate waters do not fall foul of this as they are not profit making companies.

Have you enquired as to how much public liability insurance and other insurance will be needed.

Now consider what machinery and labour (also needs insuring) will be needed to maintain the place.

What back up will you have if there is a sudden fish kill and the water needs restocking?
