You are right of course Corydoras, they is an Admiralty pattern and they are used in conjunction with a bottle screw, and then can be called a bottle screw slip. On guard rails they are usually moused. Just to add, for Judy the slip in the piccy is through a shackle and not a tulip. Cant find a picture of a tulip!
