My 'Little' Problem

For some reason, IE is opening up in a tiny little window when I open it, or click on a link that opens a new window.

 

Any idea where I go to correct this?

Open a single window and make it the size you want. Hold down the CTRL key and close by clicking on the X at the upper right.

 

That should force the OS to remember the size and use it next time.
