The wording on that list is not real great but in fact, they show a list of programs that may be affected. Some always are and will have to be re-written. Others are only affected with certain hardware or software setups.

 

I loaded it on a PC with at least a half-dozen items that appear on their list and none were bothered in the slightest.

 

Additional note - most users with fairly new hardware notice a significant speed-up on PC operation and we are beginning to see reports that wireless behaves lots better (more range, fewer errors, etc.) under SP2.

even worse mirosoft reported that due to a KEY STROKE error - instead of+ sp2 can and will delete drivers from your pc .

i think win 98 is still the most reliable system bill gates lot brough out.
