Who Controls Fishing At Alrewas?

ive fished a stretch of the trent and mersey canal (and the river trent) at alrewas plenty of times without being a member or having a day ticket as i had acsess to a boat that moored there. now the boat has gone and i would like to fish it again but dont know who controls it to get hold of a ticket and info etc. anyone know the club, ticket prices etc?

It used to be a guy on a residential mooring if i'm thinking of the same place.

 

Or you could pop just over the other side of the A38 and fish the Coventry Canal, I know who controls that.

yeah i think that guy (jim) has gone from the mooring, whats the coventry canal like around there, never fished it

Well a guy had a 6lb zander out of there a few weeks ago on a ledgered sprat.

 

Carp, chub, some decent sized bream and some lovely perch.

Yep daytickets are available on the bank at £2.50.
