Quiz Help

Every year for the last decade my ex-boss gets hold of a fiendishly difficult Christmas Quiz. 100 questions with all the answers having some kind of theme. Last year we had Drinks in previous years English Towns, Motor cars etc...

 

This year is a bit different, the only thing connecting the answers is that they are all two words begining with the same letter. As usual there's a mix of cryptic and General Knowldege (often combined within the same question)!! Also as usual we got the first 70 'fairly' easily (Good ole Google). The next 20 have been a struggle and we're now doen to 9 that we're still scratching are heads over!!! In previous years AN was fantastic and I'm sure you'll come up trumps again. I've got ideas for all of the below - which I'll keep to meself for now - and even if you don't know the answer saying "is it something to do with X" often helps!

 

I'm sure the first one on the list will be a real DUH! moment - the first 10 are usually easy Gimmes!!!!

78: ALL OF YOU IN THIS (4,9)

85: DRAMATIC FOOTBALL RATTLE (6-6)

97: HELD AGAIN BY DR. WRIGHT IN 2005 (7,5)

 

 

So thinking caps on - any ideas???
