Many thanks for all the birthday wishes.

 

As Elton has pointed out, I was in bed with the missus (asleep).........when he phoned at 9am on Sunday morning!!! (anyways, after 9 1/2 years of marriage you don't get 'birthday suprises' any more!! )

 

Seriously, the party finished at 2 something, Sunday morning, and I can't remember anything from 10pm (Sturday night) onwards, which had something to do with drinking from 4pm and having 2 yards of Budweiser at 9.30pm, to my wife's disgust, being the last thing that I remember doing!!

 

Somehow I cut my thumb with a 12" bread knife whilst cutting a 'Pumpkin Face' into the lid of my pizza box, but a least mine was the best!

 

The 'heads' (skins) on my drum kit need replacing after we (nearly all 25 guests) had a (loud) dabble!......poor neighbours!

 

Sunday saw the worst hangover of my life and I even had the day off work yeasterday!!!!!

 

35, going on 18, as my wife put it!

 

Oh, and I'm never, ever, ever going to drink again, especially having a 'dodgy can' sometime in the evening!
