no i live near dordrecht next to famous windmills of kinderdijk but eindhoven is a hour drive [ 90 km ] but if you come let my know

Jerry,

you've really got me going now. My lady is dutch, her dad lives in Veenendaal and we go over 2-3 times a year to visit but in 4 years Ive been going, I've never tried fishing over there. My lady tells me they catch a lot of snook and I can see from the pictures that she's right, but I didn't realise you have huge chub and perch as well. What is the fish in the pic with the guy with the houses behind him, looks like a bass to my untrained eye. Didn't know what I was missing. We are going over for christmas, perhaps I'd better pack a rod or two. Know any venues neer to Veenendaal (theres the Rhine of course) where I can get me one of those huge pike? Anything to get away from the Dutch only speaking in-laws.

the fish that the man with the green sweater holds up is a asp .

it's a new fish in holland say for 10 years but now the swims nearly every where you can cacth them in very good in the summer time with lures can grow up to 1 meter but the most that you cacth are around 70 cm

roach 0,5 kilo

zander 4 kilo

pike 7 kilo

ide 2 kilo

asp 4 kilo

perch 1.5 kilo

cats 10 kilo but much bigger fish lives here but nobody fish for them
