Like the sound of the Dorado, my only concern is if she is hard enough?

Am I right in thinking she is fibreglass? Bet she flies like the proverbial ...... off a shovel but what would she be like float fishing for wrasse in amongst the rocks?

Paul, Richi you are truely men of steel, so glad I stayed at Hayling :D that would have killed me. Will be great to see you at the Tope meet, it's going to be really interesting this year with Mike on the Fly, Paul on the Fly, the rest of us on bait, plenty of bait. Can't wait.

Have you considered Warrbarrow it's a much gentler walk from the car park to the launch very kayak friendly I reckon unless there is an easier lauch option, many kayaks were paddling around from the east when I was there in the summer.

Starvin how are you?

We did consider Warbarrow but we guessed that with that westerly the surf at that end might have made launching impossible. In gentler conditions definately an option but still have to bear in mind that 1 mile walk back to the car park.

Another option would be Kimmeridge as a launch site. Bit of a paddle to the bay, Have half an idea to do a weekend expedition in the summer spend the night at Worbarrow/Mupe and launch from one of the above. Have a shelter stove etc. Anybody up for it
