Fish at Last

Hi all

managed to get out on friday, on a local water, its a syndicate water (carp) but the owners dont mind us going over and doing some piking, had this fish on a smelt.

To be honest Budgie, not alot, that was my second trip since the first week in october, just been so busy, we arived at the water and i had that fish, around 20 mins after the first cast, then nothing all day lololol, couldnt stay till dusk, so missed a possible fish there, but will be returning soon. its a lake that is seperated freom the sea only by a small sea wall, so it was absolutely bloody freezing, and wind like red hot(cold) poker up your other end. still, a really enjoyable day.
