Ok, I can understand that the new version is going to be improved, and that's a good thing, but since the free version is already windowed, could you please try to make for it a simple update/patch that releases the mouse pointer and maybe resizeable window for the rest of us who still have to perform menial office tasks?

Sorry mate but I can't. What happens is this - if I release the mouse pointer and you then click on another window or your desktop the game crashes! To be honest I'm not sure why and have tried many times to fix it. When it crashes you get an error message saying "Unable to reset the 3D device" - I have no idea what that means!!!!

I can imagine that...thanks for trying. Maybe Windows Vista can handle that, since it's supposed to be able to setup the video card on the fly, without rebooting.

Just to let you all know – I am very close to finishing the demo of 3DCARP2 but have been delayed by various personal problems, the worst of which is a divorce !

I’ll keep you informed but I really am close now, it’s just a question of finding time after work to fix the bugs.

 

Been there with the divorce thing Julian, feels like your whole life is falling apart hang in there bud it will all come together after a bit of time

 

I looking forward to 3dcarp2, I've had a 30 in 3dcarp and I'm trying this year to do the real thing....heres hoping
