MP3 In Car CD Players or IPOD

OK guys, how should I do this.

 

I have a Nissan with a 6 CD changer, should I just upgrade to a CD player with MP3 capability or buy an IPOD and tune in the existing FM radio to the gizmo that fits an IPOD??

 

Please keep it simple for a simple person.

The seller claims it was bought last week, is unopened and still has the cellophane around it...........he does neglect to post up a piccy. One wonders if the lorry tyre marks across the cellophane might put off potential purchasers?

Simple upgrade. Throw away Nissan..buy Volvo
