Just a quick note to make people aware that whilst in India, we came accross what appeared to be fake Shimano reels on sale. They had a Shimano Logo on the reel but were sold with no spare spool and on looking at the parts diagram, thee was no mention of it being a Shimano product.

I just thought I'd mention it because once they're out in the global market place, it wont be long before they start showing up for sale on the net.

Shhh. We shunted all the carpies off to the session carp fishing forum. The coarse forum is better for it and they happily spend the whole day chatting about the relative merits of the Fox and Nash branded bivie sinks.
