Yakdiver we are pretty new to the Hamble and tend to reserve it for lighter sessions or bad weather. We have only been out once so far and that was from Moodys boat yardish down stream about 3/4 mile and tried around the small inlets. Had some schoolies. This is where we will go back too this time (night session) but for the future we intend to be a bit more adventurous. Open to suggestions for the future. Still learning. Join us if you can.

Oh YEAH ! :D

Crikey I dunno how I'm gonna cope with this weekend - so much to do. Friday going out for an early paddle with Paintfly in his spankers P13, Friday evening looks like we're both gonna meet up with you - and Starvin' ? for an evening session, then another 24hr stint on top of that lot !

Somewhere in there is a day out with my daughter ( 12 ) who I havent seen since x-mas, ( wonder if she would like fishing ...), and an old acquaintance wants to meet up for a rideout .

Why can't weekends be at least 5 days long.

Mine wants to use a net fer chrissakes :(

- can you trawl on a kayak ?

Just spoken on MSN and she wants collecting around 2pm Saturday from her friends in Chobham, and I drop her back to Mum for Sunday lunch.

This could change though - last time she ended up stopping there the night.

I am out Friday morning with Paintfly, free Friday evening 'till Saturday lunch, then free again from Sunday lunch until Tuesday morning.

If you plan for yourself I will get along to anything that I can fit in if that's ok ?

Hamble is a definite, but I may try a mark that I've been wanting to fish for two years, it appears that there are a lot of Plaice being caught off it and you don't have to paddle too far, charterboats may be covering it, won't know until I try it.

So Worbarrow may have to wait for another weekend.

Did you read about it in your little book?

I bet you are going to steal my plaice aren't you - I can see another year going by without me catching one! The Skerries have still not been fishing very well, maybe they will perk up in a week or two - I hope so. I want a spotted flatty, desperate I am!
