Hi fastd how are you? this fish was caught on saturday from the black deeps (about 20 miles from bradwell) good old EEL section was the bait. we had a really good day landing 20 tope in all between 12 & 47lb. However i lost one in the morning right at the boat estimated to be 65 or 70lb. I got a really good look at it as my hand was only 6" from it tail when the hook pulled DAMN...thats the second one like that i've lost this year, the other one was with mr cox 2 weeks ago . Tackle consisted of:6/0 cox&rawle meat hook, 5ft 150lb mono, 3 rod lengths of 80lb rubbing trace,mainline was 20lb big game, 2-8oz team daiwa uptider and abu 7000 bg lever drag. good day (apart from the loss)
