What braid you Recommend?

Whiplash for me (ooeerrr missus)!

 

Much thinner than others, especially Fireline, which works better in the fast tides in Alderney.

 

Just got some Fireline XDS for plugging and that looks good.

Power Pro gets my vote - hasnt let me down yet - thin and very strong.

Thanks for all the advice.

 

I decided to go for Spiderwire Stealth 15lb test in the end as they have it on offer at veals for £20 for a 300yd spool. Most of you all seemed to like powerpro which I will look into getting for my 20-30lb class gear when I am not in such a rush (booked thursday and friday off )

Have tried several different brands all of which, lose colour, fluff up or twist, within several outings. Had powerpro on for about 8 trips now and it hasn't even looked like it is starting to wear, still looks as it did when i first put it on, and now it seems to be one of the cheapest around. How can you go wrong?
