A Dilema

Surprised the LA aren't taking an interest - they're often after an inheritance like this to pay for the care. Having been an executor of a contested will (which went to court and we lost - we were the defendants and were assured the case was water tight in our favour - but then 50% of all legal advice is wrong!) the only people which ever benefit from this are the lawyers.

As a break point let me pass on two stories.

Peter was on Malta during the defence and seige, at one point on defenceive patrol when attacked by an Italian fighter plane, and having got fed up with running and jumping over stone walls as the fighter continued to engage, Pete took hold of a Bren gun and returned fire as the plane attacked, turning to the squaddie at his side saying "I think I hit him!" he saw the man was dead from the planes gunfire, he turned to the comrade on his other side to tell him of the casualty and saw that he also was dead, the stream of fire had gone either side of him and killed them both!

Marj was born in September 1918, her husband was a Royal Marine and escort to Colonel Tique (sp) Marj was an Ambulance Driver in Kent, during an air raid, waiting near a telephone kiosk, (their method of dispatch) Her ambulance was hit by a shell, Marj lost a lung in the blast but survived, about 8 years ago Marj slipped and broke her ankle, on release from hospital I went to visit her, on seeing me she said "hello Michael, do you want a cup of tea?" when I told her to stop being daft, reminding her of her broken ankle and that I would make the tea, she said, "I will do it!" and went on to show me how she could get down on the floor with a pillow and crawl into the kitchen to make me a cup of tea!

That was them both, and now I have upset myself with my own words and had best stop.

Yep, that sums it up Chris, "You will win this, but no Solicitor is going to tell you that absolutely, but you have a 96% chance of winning." and when you lose it's, "we'll I did tell you there was a 4% chance you would lose!"

"My imaginary friend doesn't like your imaginary friend is no basis for armed conflict...."
