Just bring some evaporated milk

Whisk evaporated milk and sugar together for 10 - 15

minutes until light and fluffy. The mix should be

coffee coloured. Pour the mix into the pastry case

and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. The gypsy tart

will have a slightly sticky surface but will not be

set completely until it has been left to cool. Serve

cold. Easy!!

Martin,

Thanks, for the invite it would be great to fish with other yakker's for a change, however due to the nature of my flippin' work I cannot commit until last minute. <_<

If I can attend I may drive down the Saturday morning just for the day (if I fall asleep in the 'yak don't let me drift away will you)

Cheers,

Nemo.

Well as luck would have it. The yearly pilgrimage to my parents up north has had to be brought forward a week.

That means Pass issued and green light given!!! PM me some details. :P:thumbs:

Fished since 2003, the rest of my life I just wasted.
