A bit of a naff tide.

But ICES advise they won'ty work for cod.

Thats correct. ICES advice for cod isnt to create a NTZ to help the cod, but a two year complete ban on landing cod from the North Sea. Either way, the government are not acting on, and are not lobbying the EU on, this recommendation. If there is a petition of 1m + names, this voice would if nothing else let the government be aware of how many votes they might be losing in not serving the interests of concerned individuals. And yourself and Barry must count as concerned individuals. So, I reckon you should sign.....

Tide was naff, but weather conditions compensated. One happy client last night, his first ever bass... Piccy attached.....

Nice photo of the bass, was that off the shore?

Free to choose apart from the ones where the trust poked their nose in. Common eel. tope. Bass and sea bream. All restricted.

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

Henry,

You still have not answerd my question. if after all the pain for the commercials and the shops etc. The result was not as you are predicting because of some other reason. What would you have to say then. (nice try but hard luck, try again for the next ten years)?

Over to you.

Cheers barry

You still seem to think I have failed to answer your question. I believed I had. However for what its worth, I shall have another go :)

Due to the fact that all measures taken to date have, as far as I can see from all the evidence, manifestly failed, and if my suggestion is accepted and does not work, then yes i'm afraid the answer is "yes, and thanks for all the fish" lets have another go.

However I would argue that if my suggestion were adopted and failed, it would not be because of my suggestion. It would have been because of the last 50 years of mismanagement of the stocks and the fact that it is too late already as the stocks have fallen beyond natural recovery abilities.

As this is what is being stated already, is it wise to keep on hammering them until they have disappeared altogether just to make sure?

The only other answer I can give is 42. Now, what is the question?

Kind regards

Henry
