Free to choose apart from the ones where the trust poked their nose in. Common eel. tope. Bass and sea bream. All restricted.

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

no tax implications for the first 25% tax FREE thanks to the admin, if it's more than 25% and then you pay 20% tax, then if you are on the higher rate as most mp's are you pay 45% tax.

Speak to your man yet again.

The subject title is 'rip off', I think it's quite a good deal to allow all the freedom to do what they like with their hard earned as opposed to brown who just nicked 5 billion per year out of the pot, up front

The rules sound interesting does it mean i can claim both my parents pensions who died before they could retire? ,unfortunately at the time labour was in control so i suspect it was used to bribe some foreigners or subsidised a few house of commons bars

hum, so someone with a 45+ k pension pot cannot have 25 % lump sum free of tax because it will have more than the current rate of tax taken out. Don't make sense. What has insurance co's got to do with it?

and the first I have heard of it.

You can take the 25% tax free aren't disputing that it's the rest if you want the rest it's not 20% if you fall in that bracket it's 45% and claim it back next year .

I couldn't Beleive what he told me but again itts not how the government are telling you and a lot of people aren't getting the right imformation plus a hell of a lot of financial advisers are crapping themselves incase they get sued for giving wrong advice .

There you have it barry my money man was right all along another tory con mr Osborn didint explain this when he was burbleing about releasing your pension pot again many thousands of people are in for a massive shock.

To add to this, many will be caught in a tax nightmare because pension firms have been told to use the emergency tax regime on withdrawals.

ofcourse they use emergency tax codes the banks dont know what tax bracket you are in ,the case was the same changing jobs as well but hopefully now electronic methods are used its put right quicker.

hopefully theres a run on pensions putting some of the companies out of business if they cant meet the demand

it must be nice to have these concerns i could never afford a pension ontop of my state pension never mind grabbing a chunk ,the insurance companies make a great deal out of people dying before its claimed as do the government ,my mother in law was lucky enough to get half of her old mans pension from him working on the boats but that means the company pockets the other half

i read decades ago only to join pension schemes only if you were on the national average wage or above ,i never got that high thats possibly down to doing work i chose not what i had to do ,we banked on doing better when the kids left home unfortunately that misfired

i cant see the utter credulity that anyone other than the tax man wins ,its certainly not just a tory thing the tax man wins with anyone in power ,only the method changes .At least since labour went there's a pension pot left to take from
