I will be taking My wife and Daughter to the tope meet this year.We will make a week of it.Fishing and Hill walking(Pub crawling)

Fat chance of the later.

 

Brilliant, my missus would love that! we walk a lot here in the lakes!!

Where is that photo taken? looks very baltic.

Thats Chesil Cove, Portland. Can't remember the name given to the area in the background with the huts - has historical significance though and theres a notice board on the promenade describing this area. Will take a pic of it next time I'm down there. The local fisherman who fish from their small wooden boats use an old winch on the promenade to lift their boats back up the beach. After the effort Zzippy and I had getting ours back up we could use something like that.

 

 

Another pic of the Cove from the water. For those not familiar with the area, Chesil Cove is right at the eastern end of Chesil Beach. One of the safest places to launch is in the corner here as its not so steeply shelving.

HOw did I know you would put that one up. "Im not gay or owt" . Just knackered having dragged the yak up from the beach. For those looking at the Worbarrow thread this is it from the Lulworth end (West). The sea was too rough to paddle back to Lulworth so we had to portage them over a bl...y big hill.

that is no place for a woman GB---far too dangerous on boats ,you should keep her in a safe place like I do mine

Now dont get me wrong but I wear the trousers in my hoose.

 

Although the F.P.O does wash, Iron and dictates which ones I wear :wallbash:
