Just had a guy at the door, trying to get me to take this up.

 

Presently I'm with BT, paying £50 a month for a 20gig download, and my phone....he offered me a £30 deal, for BB,Phone, and telly....

...anyone use it ??, and is it any good...I thought, even if I took it for a year, then binned it...it might be worthwhile ??? :thumbs:

the telly is under "discussion" with sky and you may lose some ,looks like murdochs saber rattling at the little boys again.

Virgin Media have seem to have taken over Telewest Blueyonder my mail box has gone a funnysize and also most of my subscribed TV programmes have disappeared also the call centre has moved to sunnier climes but I never had any problem with Telewest services always spot on but now only time will show

Hiya, Thanks guys. Was talking with daughter no 3 last night, and she tells me that Virgin took over Telewest ( which I had once), they took them over, and didnt let their customers know,...Now, she was moving house, and spent ages trying to call telewest...unobtainable...so she mailed them ....they eventually got in touch...and told her the phone number was binned....good customer service that was...think I'll stick to BT...:):)

For what it is worth Norrie the wife had Telewest at home and I have NEVER come across such a bunch of cowboys!!! But I have a very long history of using VIRGIN commodities and have yet to find ANY fault with them. Which of course goes against all you have found elsewhere?! Just goesa to show the only way to go is SUCK IT AND SEE!! Mebbes?? :rolleyes:

It is to be observed that 'angling' is the name given to fishing by people who can't fish.

If GOD had NOT meant us to go fishing, WHY did he give us arms then??

(If you can't help out someone in need then don't bother my old Dad always said! My grandma put it a LITTLE more, well different! It's like peeing yourself in a black pair of pants she said! It gives you a LOVELY warm feeling but no-one really notices!))
