I'm not even sure that one was understood by the Brits. No idea if Eggs Benedict is a known dish in the UK or not.

Ex-Benedict = Eggs Benedict = two halves of an English muffin topped with smoked bacon or ham, then a poached egg with a topping of hollandaise sauce.

 

We usually top it with a fried egg, Daddies sauce and call it a breakfast to go :lol::lol::lol:
