Hi Phil,

Thanks for the info, that is very interesting about molasses powder, I have not seen that in the UK but I guess much easier to use and mix than the liquid molasses that I use over here.

Regards,

Richard.

Have you had much luck using Molasses locally Richard ?, heard it attracts loads of bream, I did buy a galon of the stuff a year or so ago, but never got round to using it, looked like you could resurface your drive with it.

I know a guy who blanks while using molasses on his boilies, he still swears by it though :) :)

Those carp look lean and mean :) , but won't the excitement wear off after a few weeks?

No.... the excitment is... that every time you go out... there is a chance to land a 50 pound plus fishdown to a 10(the Smallest Iv'e caught)... you just never know what you are going to hook into... that has got me going back every weekend  So far from may 27 to the past weekend I have had 92 runs landing 87 most of these fish are in the 12 to 15 pound range.I get just excited when I caught my last fish.... as I did on my first fish.heading out Friday for some inter city Carp , never tried this before.. I'll post a report on my return
