Orfe...ornamental version

 

Certainly looks like a Goldfish to me apart from the head looks a little long which is unusual for a Goldfish.

Ide=Leuciscus idus

orfe=Leuciscus idus

Same species, same fish, different common name.

The problem isn't what people don't know, it's what they know that just ain't so.

Big fat goldfish - nothing like an orfe/ide

English as tuppence, changing yet changeless as canal water, nestling in green nowhere, armoured and effete, bold flag-bearer, lotus-fed Miss Havishambling, opsimath and eremite, feudal, still reactionary, Rawlinson End.

Hmmm I wouldn't go so far as to say goldfish or crucian ...

 

I would have said it's a hybrid of goldfish and potentially a bream?
