It is to be observed that 'angling' is the name given to fishing by people who can't fish.

If GOD had NOT meant us to go fishing, WHY did he give us arms then??

(If you can't help out someone in need then don't bother my old Dad always said! My grandma put it a LITTLE more, well different! It's like peeing yourself in a black pair of pants she said! It gives you a LOVELY warm feeling but no-one really notices!))

I don't understand how this is "shill bidding". I thought that was what usually happens at most auctions, where a friend of the seller bids the price up. Setting a large P&P price and selling for a penny is something which seems to happen a lot on Ebay, particularly on far eastern electronic goods. This guy is a bit of an amateur at it because he doesn't even limit his refund to the purchase price (1p) like most of them do.

 

Edit. Just checked his feedback, now I see what you are talking about.

A: the 99 pounds is part of the phone price iys just a way of listing on e bay to save me fees so no u cant knock of the 99 pounds but yes u can pick up from me home

 

Well, another person has now reported the plonker. It's one thing to try and beat the system in a quiet, and sneaky, manner. It's another to be so stupid as to admit it.
