Barbless size 6/0 on a simple running ledger rig ! Was caught in about 25ft of water right on the edge of a drop off into 35ft approx. Bait was a medium sized Mackeral Flapper , slashed across the flanks. Simon E measured it with a Bass Society Tape ay 69cms I think , which equates to 7.5-8lbs. Must admit I thought she was bigger. Had a bigger one two nights earlier on Whole Mackeral but the photos arent as good  With both fish the intended target was conger , but a decent alternative ;)
