with the free road fund licence you got to be aware that if the disabled person whom applied for it is in the vehicle when it is being used ,

IE going fishing/shopping etc or has been dropped off/ picked up . if not then he/she could loose there entitlement to the rfl , vehicle and any benefits they get. proof of the above has been asked for by the police and or traffic wan**r.

i was asked twice in one day ,so i decided to forget about the rfl and pay for it so that i could use the car to get back and forth to work etc.
