No sweat mate. Let me know if the car radio recognises the USB stick.

It did: that was the easy bit.

 

There is however an unexpected follow-on, (my now unsupported by Microsoft) Win XP has six updates ready for it this morning, three are aimed at the WMP and the other three are all for Win XP.
