Hehe, i signed up for Discovery's viewer research programme a few months ago. Since then every time they ask what would you prefer to see, fishing or more Tommy Walsh.. hmmm what do you think i put

 

Oh and i have moaned at them for the lack of new fishing related programming on Discovery, but i wouldn't hold your breath on that one

It's good to know there will be so much fishing on TV for a solid four months

....but I wonder just how many of these programmes we've seen before

Sorry to be a bit of a party-pooper, but Discovery have done this numerous times in the last couple of years and it's the same old same old again and again.

There are some cracking shows in there somewhere, but I for one have probably seen them all 5-6 times.

Don't get me wrong, it's nice to see a bit of fishing but I've seen them all before already................

I prefer the sky fishing programs myself. Tight like and Thinking Tackle with that dick with the crap hair cut.

 

A Passion for Angling would be good to see again.

I have not ever seen any of the fishing shows from over there but to see some of how they do them on this side of the pond, http://www.versus.com/ and the hunting/fishing link then videos and watch a few.
