A ready cooked, or Raw Super Market prepared Prawn is as good as owt' for big Perch.

One of the most satisfying days Ive had catching Perch was on the canal near Watford using small lip hooked gudgeon and minnow at the mouth of a small inlet stream. I caught around eight between 1.5lb up to 2.5lb. not giants to some but great fun.

Happiness is Fish shaped (it used to be woman shaped but the wife is getting on a bit now)
