Best customer service?

Just wondering who you guys think has the best customer/after sales service out of all the manufactures and the worst!

I've only dealt with Daiwa and Fox - both good, but Daiwa very good.

Strangely enough both the best and worst after sales Ive ever recieved has come from the same company,Drennan!

The best by a country mile has to be Masterline for me, prompt courteous and they treat you like a human being not an annoying nuisance.

 

The worst is not a major tackle manufacturer but a certain essex tackle shop who sent the wrong rods to me not once but TWICE!

 

Another endearing quality of their Del Boy style of trading is when i asked to be put through to their mail order dept only to be given a mobile number of some bloke who appered to be in the bath when i called....Quality!

Hardys offer expensive equipment compared to others.

The quality is immaculate though and the service second to none.

Worth every penny.

Gold label have always been great to deal with. I really only use them for line and small odds and ends, but they're very good.
