I caught about a dozen eels all last season fishing venues where I used to actually try to catch them in matches. On sunday I fished a match on a pitt in Kent and had over a dozen including 8 in ten casts. No big ones all around 12 inches, either their is a bit of a resurgence or thats all my eels for this season.

Also just noticed a match report from the Cam where it was stated that a lot of Eels were caught which hadnt been the case for some years, we can only hope tyhis is the start of a trend.
