First wrasse of the year

Hi there,

 

We went out there at about 3:15, ending up on the breakwater for roughly 4:00pm and we fished until past midnight, getting back home for 2am so I had a bit of a nap Sunday morning so sorry about the delay. Then it was out to lunch etc Sunday afternoon.

It was a bit cold, but luckily the wind was behind us

Fish caught;

5 pollack, the heaviest about 4lb

2 snipe

1 pouting

7 dogfish

1 small three bearded rockling

1 scorpion fish

2 wrasse

The weather and auguries are looking good for a big session off the back of St Catherine's next Saturday.

This is looking good for the back wall of St Catherine's, we will be at the third bench along from around 6:00pm until midnight-2am depending on the weather.
